1. What is your cancellation / rescheduling policy?
Late cancellations within 24 hours incur a $75 fee. Rescheduling within that window costs $50.
2. Do you give exact arrival times?
We work off of 2-hour estimated time of arrival windows so that we can structure our day effectively. Your cleaning team will notify you of the exact arrival time within the booked window.
3. What is included in a standard cleaning?
Services include exterior appliance cleaning, surface dusting, door handle wiping, vacuuming and mopping, laundry organization, bathroom / bedroom attention, and faucet and sink cleaning.
4. What’s the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A deep cleaning adds baseboards, window treatments, air vents, bathroom deep scrubbing, doorknob treatment, chair wiping, and interior appliance cleaning beyond the standard services.
5. Do you offer carpet cleaning?
No, we do not offer carpet cleaning at this time.
6. Do you clean baseboards?
Baseboards are included exclusively in the deep cleaning add-on service, using microfiber towels.
7. How long does a cleaning take?
The average timeframe for a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is 3-4 hours with two staff, or 5-6 hours with one person.
8. Are you insured?
Yes we are!
9. How much experience do your cleaners have?
All of our cleaners have a minimum of 2-3 years of residential cleaning experience, plus in-house training.
10. Do you run background checks?
We do background checks on every single employee, including national and statewide criminal records and driver’s license verification.
11. Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. A free re-clean is available for any unsatisfied customers on areas that were missed.
12. Do you use chemicals?
No, not unless you would like us to — or for stubborn stains that require minimal-chemical all-purpose cleaners.
13. Do you offer additional discounts?
Bi-weekly, monthly, and weekly frequency discounts are available, plus email / website coupon promotions.
14. Do you take special requests?
Custom requests can be accommodated — please contact us directly.
15. Are there restrictions on the frequency discount?
Cleaning services process on the service date. Frequency discounts cannot be used for a one-time booking and then cancelled.
